Standard room: ca. 17 m2, for 2 adults. Personen, bathroom with shower, Sat TV, telefon and safe.
Comfort room: ca. 20 m2, for 2 max. 3 person, bathroom with shower, Sat TV, telefon and safe.
Family room: ca. 28 m². Room with double bed and couch. The couch can be changed to a bunk bed. Mainly all family rooms have a bathroom with bath tub and seperat toilet.
Rooms are all in mediterrane style in the colours blue & yellow. Furniture is made from pine wood.

Advance payment policy
An advance payment amounting to 15% of the total must be made within 14 days of booking. The remaining amount must be paid at the latest 4 weeks before arrival.
If the payments are not received on time, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking. In the case of short-notice bookings, your credit card will be accepted to guarantee your reservation.
Cancellation policy
Up to 28 days before arrival: 15%, 27 to 22 days: 20%, 21 to 15 days: 30%, 14 to 7 days: 45%, 6 to 1 day: 75%, no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% (the percentages indicated apply to the total price)
